I become your doula upon hire, which means I will be sharing helpful resources with you and hope to become someone you can call on for the many questions you may have. 

  • Two in-home prenatal visits including hands-on comfort measures (1.5-2 hours) with virtual meetings upon request

  • Unlimited email and phone support upon hire until birth

  • Birth preferences; assistance with creating your guide

  • Labor support from early labor through birth

  • Support into the Golden Hour (1-2 hours after baby is born)

One in home postpartum visit (with virtual meetings and unlimited text/phone support for first two weeks)

Postpartum Support

Twelve hours of in home postpartum care, offering 12 hour bundles

2-4 hour sessions of traditional postpartum daytime care (between hours of 9:00 am-2:00 pm)

Postpartum packages are booked in 12 hour increments. You may also add individually priced hours.

    • nutritious, warming foods and drinks prepared and served to you

    • light home care 

    • lactation guidance

    • assist in the emotional and logistical transition of home life with new baby

    • newborn care basics

    • emotional support and an open heart to help you process your birth experience
